These tachometer brackets are made to emulate the look of ones that came with vintage Rotunda/Faria tachs in the 60's. They will fit other models and manufacturers of tachs but they are correct for Rotunda/Faria. Similar to the brackets in the last two pictures. These are made in the United States and show chromed here as well. 
One time run of brackets so once they are gone, they are gone. Sold as is.
